What is an EAP?
An EAP, or employee assistance program, is a confidential, short term, service for employees with personal problems that affect their work performance.  EAPs should be part of an overall company plan to promote employee wellness.

Our Mission:
"Our mission is to provide to employers, employees and their immediate households a professional Employee Assistance Program with the highest level of confidentiality, quality and integrity.  Our professional staff is dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the health, well-being and performance of employees not only in their work environments but as responsible members of their communities."

What is the cost?
We are "where to turn" for professional services which are at NO cost to the employee and his/her immediate household members. As part of our EAP, each employee and each immediate family member can receive up to 5 free help sessions per year, whether this is financial help, counseling, or a combination of other needed services.
